PUSHBACK

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of pushbackbills.com and the Pushback service ("Pushback", "we", "us"). By paying for or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Pushback is not a law firm, not a medical provider and not an insurance company. We do not give legal or medical advice, and we never represent you before your insurer, provider or any court or agency.

1. What we do

You send us a health insurance denial letter or a medical bill. We prepare a "case file" for you, which may include:

The service is designed for people with health coverage in the United States.

2. What we don't do

3. Your responsibilities

4. Price, payment and pre-orders

5. Refunds

6. Ownership

The letters and documents we prepare for you are yours to use for your own case. The Pushback name, website and templates remain ours.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any amount your insurer or provider declines to pay, or for missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim relating to a case is limited to the amount you paid for that case. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the service

We may refuse or stop working on a case, for example if documents appear to be falsified or the request is outside what we do. If we stop before delivering, we refund you in full.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version that applied when you paid governs that case.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your home state gives you that can't be waived by contract.
